Selection of Cold Chain Logistics Service Providers Based on a Grey AHP and Grey COPRAS Framework: A Case Study in Vietnam

Choosing the most suitable cold chain logistics service providers (CLPs) is a vital strategic decision for businesses aiming to achieve an effective and sustainable supply chain. A CLP one that integrates practices across its whole operation cycle product quality, on-time deliveries, satisfied customer requirements, while preventing products from going waste, which especially important in context of developing country. This study aims evaluate select best regarding their sustainability performance. For this evaluation, multi-criteria making (MCDM)-based framework proposed grey analytic hierarchy process (G-AHP) complex proportional assessment (G-COPRAS) methodologies, numbers are used express linguistic evaluation statements experts.
